You should only need to use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe down your SolarBack. Do not use cleaning chemicals or agents. Spills or stains on the mattress should be dabbed with an absorbent cloth or sponge. Do not rub or use chemicals or cleaning agents.

SolarBacks are designed to need no specialist tooling. In the unlikely event that you do need to dismantle a SolarBack all you need is a pair of pliers.

You shouldn’t need any but if you do, contact us and we’ll be happy to help. However, components used in a SolarBack are commonly available and are tried and tested in other products so a local supplier should be able to help you.

Do not submerge a SolarBack and take care with the solar panel which has a glass front-and can be damaged if due care is not taken.
